Return policy

  • Return policy comes to picture only when the received leather product doesn’t look like as it was described or damaged item or any defects found then only the product can be returned. When you receive a damaged leather product or defective product then you’ve a right to ask for replacement. User must make sure that you are asking for replacement within the return policy duration. User can login to then request for a replacement. If that particular product is not available then full refund will be done by the seller immediately after receiving the product back.
  • Instead of user opening the package, the authorized person opening the package would be preferable. Such leather items return time starts from the dispatched date.
  • Whenever the user faces issues with the leather product purchased from our website, we initially try maximum to resolve the issue. This is a part of the verification process.
