How do I shop on
Easy and simple either you can shop as a guest or you can register and become a member then login and start your happy shopping.

What information necessary for registration?
Nothing complex, user name, email id, password and some very basic information.

When do I get my leather product?
While placing the order the website will show the time taken for shipment as per the locality details. A slight earlier or delayed delivery might happen in rare conditions due to some inconvenience.

What if I placed an order for wrong item?
Not to worry much, cancel the order as soon as possible. Too much delay will not be entertained.

I want to return a leather product, then how do I look for a pick-up service?
Within the time bound specified for return, request for return then if all the terms and conditions satisfied then user can return the product. Our return service people will pick the package. If your area is not provided with the courier facility or shipping. In such cases customer need to courier the package.

What will be the shipping charges to my location?
As soon as you add the leather product to cart then the shipping charges to your location will be displayed or when you check for the delivery timing with the area pincode website will show what is the shipping charge. In case if your area is not eligible for COD then you’ll be getting through the post.

What do you mean by terms like in stock, available, out of stock, preorder, imported, back?
In stock means the chosen product is still in the stock and they also mention the delivery date and time.
Available means the leather item might not be currently in stock but it can arrive when the order is placed.
Out of stock says that the item is not in stock.

Preorder is the process of booking for a product, where that product will be releasing soon and user can do a pre-book of that product.

Imported says that the leather product is imported from foreign country.

Whenever the stock will be renewed which was previously out of stock item, now those out of stock items are back in stock.

How does refund policy work?
In case the user receives damaged or defective or different from what is shown on website then the product will be eligible for replacement or exchange. In case if the product is not available then refund action will be carried out. It is mandatory to give the product to our service person without anything missing from the package.

If I received any free gift with product then do I have to return that also in case of return, refund or replacement?
Yes undoubtedly. Whatever included in the package must be included as it was when received.

When will I receive my refund?
Once the item is picked up from your doorstep then the refund process gets started. In case of slight delay we might be contacting with our financial organizations. We will refund within some valid time bound.

I changed my mind and I don’t want the ordered product, what do I do? Call to our call center or support system and cancel the order. If it is too delayed then the return request will not be able to process.

When returns are not possible?
If the requested product is not available or there is no chances of exchange. Or
If the product is used by the customer, it is damaged by user, torn, stained in such cases we don’t accept the product from customer and no refund provided.

COD applies to my location?
Before placing order please verify with your pin code whether the product is available for free delivery at your location or not.
